Through our experience and customer’s requests, we recommend Canada Post for the shipping of our baskets. They offer the most economic and secure mode of shipping, therefore we use the following services offered by them:

Ground Service:
Depending on location, Canada Post Ground Service delivery will be from 1-6 day’s within Canada and 5-10 day’s within continental USA. Available Free with all baskets.

Canada Xpresspost Service:
The Canada Post Express Service (Xpresspost) is a shipping service that provides a fast and guaranteed delivery from 1-4 day’s. Available within Canada only.

USA Xpresspost Service:
The Canada Post USA Express Service (Xpresspost) is a shipping service that provides a fast and guaranteed delivery from 4-5 day’s. Available within continental USA only.

Priority Courier Service:
The Canada Post Priority Courier Service is an overnight and next day service utilising Purolator Courier with delivery in most areas of Canada from 1-2 day’s and most areas of the USA from 2-3 day's. This service is offered only by contacting us before ordering. Customers may also utilise their own courier account by contacting us with their account information before ordering. Customers are welcome to have baskets shipped using their prefered courier by contacting us with the information and paying actual shipping cost. Transit hours are expressed as regular business day’s Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays.

• All shipping fees will be refunded to our customers if any product is not delivered according to carrier/courier agreement.
• All shipments are insured for replacement in the event of loss or damage.
• All shipments will require a signature upon delivery to establish a tracking record, thus avoiding unnecessary complications.
• No baskets will be shipped until payment has been received or confirmed by Rocking Horse Children's Gift Book Baskets.
